Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for Mac Devices and IT infrastructure?
Telenor is looking for a Device Administrator & Systems Administrator to take charge of our Mac equipment fleet, ensuring seamless operation, security, and efficiency across our organization.
In this role, you’ll manage deployments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:
Manage the existing Telenor Norway Mac-managed platform.
Be part of the journey toward a new, commonly managed device platform for Telenor in the Nordics.
Modernize the management and help find the best tools to use at scale for an international telecom.
Assist the second line with any issues that may arise on the managed platform.
Ensure the sharing of best practices across business units (BUs), both in the IT domain and other strategic areas.
Identify and develop strategic Nordic Enterprise IT partnerships/suppliers to capture innovation, scalability, and speed, enhancing the user experience.
Ensure that best practice governance structures and operating models are in place to enable the efficient implementation and execution of initiatives.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing Mac devices in a large enterprise environment, with a strong background in using Jamf PRO for device management. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune is a bonus. Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in scripting to automate tasks and processes, with a solid understanding of network configurations and protocols. Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems is also essential. A diverse knowledge of other IT fields, such as security and infrastructure, would be a great asset. The candidate should be able to work effectively in a cross-functional team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across departments, while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
