Room + office space in shared collective

We are renting a room + office space/spare guest room in a shared collective 🙂

We are very centrally located in Sommerfeldts gate 32, with a direct bus stop to UiT/UNN (10 min) just 3 mins by foot from the house. You can also reach the city center in 15 mins by foot or by bus in 5 mins.

The house has two floors, and the space being rented out is the entire upper floor, that has two areas: a big bedroom (aroun 12sqm) with good space for a double bed, a couch, cabinets and bookshelves, and a separate space (around 5sqm) that can be used as an office, additional storage room or a guest room 🙂 It has a very nice view as well, catches a lot of sunlight during the day and northern lights are frequently very visible during the night. The furniture shown in the pictures can be bought from the current owner upon agreement.
The bottom floor has a big and modern kitchen, a bathroom and a big living room with a very nice view of Tromsdalstinden and a large balcony. The kitchen has everything you need, with an oven, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, air fryer and kettle. The bathroom is quite big, has a heated floor, good space for laundry and the machine to do laundry has also a drying option to dry clothes.

The upper floor is yours, and the bottom floor is shared with two more people, currently Alexandra and Chase 🙂 Chase is 26 years old, from the US and he's doing his PhD in political sciences. He will leave in June, so there will be another room in the house for rent. Alexandra is a PhD student in Pharmacy, originally from Portugal. She will finish in May, and potentially move out around the summer time, so you might rent the rest of the house to friends afterwards, but this is to be defined. We get along very well, we do a lot of things outside and there is room for social activities in the house but also space to be in our own rooms 🙂
