Skiven har patina som du ser på bildene. Ikke så rart etter 80 år.
De fleste E. Gubelin klokker på bruktmarkedet ligger på rundt 10.000,- og oppover.
De er ikke så vanlige å komme over i Norge.
I utgangspunktet en herreklokke, men med dagens standardstørrelser tatt i betraktning passer denne like bra til damer.
A LITTLE HISTORY:
Founded 1854 by Maurice Breitschmid with the opening of a small watchmaker's shop in the Swiss city of Lucerne. Over time the business grew, moving to ever-larger locations in the city until finally settling in the prime site on the quay that still houses Gubelin's Lucerne boutique today.
Gubelin is primarily a retailer of timepieces and Jewelry, often rebranding or co-branding prestigious manufacturers such as Jaeger-LeCoultre, Patek Philippe, Movado, etc. Notable models include classics such as the Ipso-Vox alarm ,the Ipsomatic, the Ipso-Day and Ipso-Date.
Gübelin not only finished many of the movements sourced from other manufacturers and cased them themselves, but was arguably the highest class of all of the retailers around the world which sold watches under their own name.
