We are looking for a highly experienced Payroll Implementation Manager to lead complex payroll implementation projects across multiple regions. This role is critical in ensuring seamless client onboarding, process optimization, and system transitions while maintaining compliance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects for new and existing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful system integrations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure payroll operations align with local regulations and global best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in payroll implementation, global payroll, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in payroll systems, compliance, and multi-country payroll implementations.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Celergo, ADP, or other global payroll platforms is a plus.
