Sekal AS has grown from a small business into a mid-sized organization with over 100 employees, and we are now looking for a HR Manager to help shape and strengthen our HR infrastructure.
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for HR administration in both Norway and the UK. You will work on developing HR processes, policies, routines and lead the HR initiatives on behalf of Sekal. You will also be a key resource to our CEO.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing HR processes, policies, and activities
- Providing advice and support to the leadership team and execute initiatives
- Assisting management with organizational development and structure
- Developing and advising on the annual evaluation process, recruitment process, onboarding and offboarding processes, and annual salary reviews
- Oversite of both Norway and UK employees and line management of UK HR support
Who Are We Looking For?
We believe you have solid experience in HR/personnel management and a strong understanding of Norwegian labor law and GDPR, as well as the ability to navigate an international environment. You are a person who gets things done and understands the importance of operational tasks.
We are looking for an HR Manager who works closely with management and line managers to find solutions to challenges while ensuring that employees feel valued and supported.
You will act as a strong advisor to management, and we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, who is also able to build strong relationships across the organization. If you also have experience leading others, that is a significant advantage.
