Lead Commissioning Manager –Drive Process Optimization and Global Projects!

Job Description

• Lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities of processing units in both onshore and offshore environments.
• Coordinate with regional commissioning managers to ensure alignment and effective use of global resources and expertise.
• Manage the successful startup and operation of process units, including troubleshooting, testing, and process optimization.
• Oversee the installation of units at various sites and workshops, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards.
• Plan and manage service inspections, operational optimization, and quality control of process units.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to project teams, product managers, and service networks.
• Prepare and manage tenders for clients, including healthcare agreements, spare parts, training, and site service work.
• Support project execution teams to prepare for commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with site services managers to assess resource requirements and create scheduling plans for upcoming commissioning activities.
• Utilize competency assessment programs to identify training and development needs for the site service teams.
• Report monthly on the status, overview, and plans for commissioning activities.
• Share lessons learned and feedback to other departments to improve processes and project execution.
• Build and maintain customer relationships for Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Actively promote LCS offerings both to clients and internally.
• Assist the sales organization in responding to client requests and preparing quotes.
• Travel as needed to meet business requirements.

• Strong technical understanding of the company’s product and service portfolio,

• Adhere to defined rules and procedures to ensure quality services are delivered.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in HSE and quality across the company.
