About The Role

As an Electrician, you play a key role in the maintenance and optimization of electrical systems, with a main focus on switchgear, transformers, power distribution systems and other relevant components . The role requires expertise in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform regular maintenance on electrical systems, especially switchgear, UPS, LV/HV systems, HVAC, firealarm system and monitoring

• Diagnose and resolve errors and defects to ensure continuous operation.

• Identify opportunities for optimizing electrical systems to improve efficiency and reliability.

• Collaborate with other disciplines such as mechanical fitters, operational team, and engineers to solve complex electrical challenges.

• The role requires participation in on-call and emergency preparedness duties.

About You:

Skills & Experience

• Certificate as an electrican gr.L or equivalent qualifications.

• Desired 2+ years of relevant experience as an Electrican or equivalent role.

• Relevant work experience in maintenance, repair and optimization of industrial systems

• Experience in maintaining technical aspects of buildings and associated support systems.

• Reliability in carrying out assigned responsibilities and meeting deadlines.

• Accuracy and attention to detail, analytical skills for effective troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Solid communication skills in both English and Norwegian, verbally and in writing.
