Solution Sales Expert

We are now looking for a Solution Sales Expert (SSE) to drive growth for Insight by Volue in the Nordics. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding a portfolio of customers through up- and cross-selling to existing clients, as well as securing new business by managing the entire sales cycle from lead to deal closure.
The SSE works closely with Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and fellow Solution Sales Experts, while also involving Product, Delivery, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, and Legal teams in the sales process. Additionally, Marketing plays a key role in lead generation and customer engagement.
We are looking to hire for Volue offices in Oslo, Trondheim, or Arendal, but we are open to considering other locations in Norway, Sweden, or Denmark for the right candidate.
What you will be doing to make a difference:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Lead and manage all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities and track progress in our CRM system.
- Ensure customer success and contract renewals through adoption and long-term value creation.
- Negotiate and close agreements within Volue’s sales framework.
- Drive initiatives to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
What will help you succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in the energy markets.
- 3+ years in sales, preferably in software or SaaS solutions.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages such as Norwegian, German, or Italian are a plus).
- International experience and a structured approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel (~30%).
