At ECI Software, we have extensive experience delivering ERP systems for small and medium-sized businesses in Norway. However, we are now entering an exciting phase as we are introducing a new, market-leading ERP system. In this context, we are looking for a skilled Business Development Representative who wants to join us on this journey and contribute to our success.
ECI Software Solutions BV supports construction, project, and manufacturing companies to grow and compete by combining industry expertise with smart software solutions, making business operations easier.

As a Business Development Representative at ECI, you will be responsible for reaching out to and qualifying new leads, as well as building and maintaining relationships.
You are the first link in our sales process, playing a crucial role in inspiring potential new customers. You will work closely with the international sales and marketing teams, utilizing the latest tools such as Salesforce, Zaplify, and Outreach to generate and qualify leads.
This dynamic and varied role offers opportunities for personal development and contributes to the success of ECI Software Solutions.
You will be based in Moss, working together with an enthusiastic and driven team throughout Europe that thrives in a healthy, competitive atmosphere. The team sets ambitious goals, and you will have significant influence over your variable compensation.
On the BDR team, you will learn all aspects of the manufacturing industry, paving the way for potential career growth within ECI.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new potential customers and leads.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Attend relevant trade fairs to establish and maintain contacts.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
- Strong persuasive skills.
- Proactive and independent work attitude.
- Persistent and resilient.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Annual participation in a Sales and Marketing kick-off event, typically held at our headquarters in the United States.
