What does the job involve?
TDI OG DWS works on technology development projects in different phases of development, from early ideas to piloting and implementation. The projects are covering everything within the D&W area from downhole hardware to software and methodology.
We are developing integrated digital solutions, where different tools used in planning are combined to improve and optimize the way we work. We are also automating the drilling process step by step.
DWS (Drilling and Well Solutions) consists of personnel with a wide variety of expertise within the D&W and IT domain.
Each technology development project normally consists of a small team with a broad range of tasks, where each member has a lot of autonomy and flexibility in their work.
We are organized in competence centers giving employees the opportunity to work on a broad set of deliveries, which offers increased learning opportunities for our team members.
