Overview

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the scoping, development and implementation of AI and advanced analytics solutions for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities, define requirements, and guide projects from ideation to execution and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Collaboration – Work closely with customers to capture business value, define features and requirements, and ensure seamless implementation. 
• End-to-End Solution Ownership – Oversee the entire customer journey, from initial discussions and business opportunity identification to solution design, prototyping, and final delivery.
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Lead teams of designers, data scientists, solution architects, and software developers to build and deploy impactful AI solutions.
• Strategic Impact – Drive the adoption of AI and analytics to deliver measurable business value across industries.

Key responsibilities

Successfully deliver Arundo’s projects and solutions to our customers

• Discover and analyze customer needs and opportunities and assess how Arundo’s solutions can create business value for the customer
• Scope, plan and estimate customer delivery projects
• Lead cross-functional Arundo teams (design, data science, engineering) to deliver customer solution according to plan
• Manage customer project members day-to-day
• Secure alignment with customer stakeholders

Contribute to pre-sales activities

• Participate in customer meetings, conduct product demos and facilitate customer workshops
• Problem-solve how Arundo solutions can best deliver customer value, given customer situation, opportunities and challenges
• Accurately describe project scope, approach and resources required to successfully capture such business value

Contribute to the development of Arundo’s products, solutions and delivery methodology.

Expectations/ Critical must have 

Education

• Masters degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience

Work Experience

• 5+ years experience from technology-oriented (project) work in technology or industrial companies, or equivalent experience from management consulting
• Track record of strong results and impact in leadership roles, either as a project or line manager over multiple years
• Experience from customer deliveries, sales activities, and / or managing customer relationships is a requirement; alternatively experience working in an internal project organisation with internal customers
