We are looking for an ambitious UX Designer to join our team!

Azets is a global company providing services and software solutions in business operations, including accounting, payroll, HR, and consulting. As our UX Designer, you will be part of an international development team with 13 colleagues, half of whom are based in Romania. Azets IT consists of skilled developers, product managers, and a highly competent business division.

You will work closely with our Product Owners and engineers to identify effective solutions and deliver them to our customers. Collaboration is key within our team, and we maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work alongside UX designers across the Nordic countries.

Your responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with our Product Owners to design our applications 
• Conduct user research, create UX concepts, wireframes, and user flows 
• Facilitate design workshops to optimize user experience in our applications 
• Support the development team with detailed wireframes and interaction models 
• Perform user testing to validate design proposals 
• Analyze, prioritize, and develop requirements based on user feedback 

Desired skills: 

You are a UX Designer who understands both business requirements and technical constraints. You have experience conducting user research, interviews, and translating insights into user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. We also hope you can check off some of the following qualifications: 

• At least 3-5 years of experience in UX, preferably with a relevant degree in HCI, interaction design, or a similar field 
• Experience with software product development, ideally in the financial software area 
• Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing 
• Experience with design tools, preferably Figma and/or Axure RP 
• Strong English skills are required, and understanding some Norwegian is an advantage 
• Knowledge of agile methodologies 
• Experience with UI design is a plus
