Master

The Master has the highest and overriding authority. He has the responsibility to make any decisions with respect to safety, security and pollution prevention and to request the company's assistance as may be necessary. The Master has the responsibility to operate the ship according to The Flag State legislations and the IMS. The Master has the total responsibility for the ship and onboard personnel.

Chief Officer

The Chief Officer is the head of the deck department and is as such responsible to supervise and encourage all subordinates. The Chief Officer is the personal deputy for the Master. Should the Master of any reason be unfit to continue his duties, the Chief Officer is to take over responsibility for the vessel. The Chief Officer is the vessels dedicated Safety Officer and is responsible for all life-saving and firefighting equipment as well as safety training.

Chief Engineer

Have a total responsibility for the engine department, motivate and follow up fellow workers. Responsible to prepare watch routines for the engine crew. Have the daily supervision of the running of all machinery, including engines, compressors, propulsion and power supplies. Select the correct operational modes for each machinery component, with special regard to fuel economy and life time costs for the different components.

2nd Engineer

Responsible for all machinery during the watch. Any fault to be corrected at once. If there is any doubt related to safety or function of machinery Chief Engineer shall be called. Responsible to keep logbooks updated with regards to items occurred during his watch.

Junior Officer // Junior Engineer

As a Junior Officer, you will work in the deck department alongside other deck officers, and ultimately report to the Chief Officer / Master of the vessel. As a Junior Engineer, you will work in the engine department alongside other engineers, and ultimately report to the Chief Engineer. We are looking for ambitious and motivated candidates in the start of their career looking for a company for long-term commitments.
