Is mobile development your passion, and is Flutter your creative tool of choice? Then this is the job for you! You’ll be working on the Hjem.no app, already live in both app stores, with future opportunities to build apps for new markets. We’re always pushing innovation—check out our room decoration and digital assistant projects, both of which will need to be integrated into the app as well.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product owner to create seamless user experiences.
• Optimize app performance and ensure high responsiveness across devices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience developing mobile applications using Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and experience with Flutter’s widget system.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, and integrating backend services.
• Experience with state management solutions like Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with Firebase, local storage, and third-party SDKs is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Experience with Next.js/React is a plus, as we aim to keep both platforms in sync. The ability to navigate and modify React code will be beneficial.
• Experience with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.
• Knowledge of automated testing in Flutter.
