What You Will Do:

• Establish and maintain financial control over projects, ensuring cost efficiency, budget adherence, and accurate forecasting.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insight and recommendations to project managers and leadership.
• Develop and implement financial reporting structures to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, operations) to assess project financials and manage risk.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within project execution.

About the Role:

As a Senior Project Controller, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of our projects. Reporting directly to the Business Controller, you will provide timely and precise financial insights that drive strategic objectives. The primary location is Notodden, with flexibility available. You will be a valued member of our Finance Department.

We think you should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably as Project Controller within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Excellent understanding of project controlling and estimation
• Advanced Excel skills (Microsoft Business Central and Power BI experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English.
