Job Description

• Support in creating and maintaining project financials in SAP
• Start-up and closeout of projects in SAP
• Create/modify/close WBS structures in SAP
• Create sales orders in SAP
• Monthly project account closing
• Allocate and categorize personnel
• Manage incoming and outgoing invoices
• External financial reporting to clients (weekly, monthly, baseline updates)
• Internal financial reporting to Project Management Team and Finance
• Assist with financial project forecasting and budgeting
• Actively seek opportunities to improve the project’s financial results
• Proactively initiate improvements within your working area
• Cost/profitability analysis

 

Qualification Requirements

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
• Preferably relevant experience in a similar role, industry, and/or EPC projects
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to develop high-quality working relationships both internally and externally
• Previous experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel is preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Solid business understanding and commercial orientation
