GE Healthcare is seeking a Key Account Manager for Norway to drive our Maternal Infant Care segment within the Patient Care Solutions Business.
In this role you will also support the Danish Maternal Infant Care team with product training customer sites, congresses and general help needed.
As a KAM, you will independently manage and lead sales efforts across all key accounts in Norway. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets within your territory by promoting and selling GE Healthcare's Maternal Infant Care solutions. Success in this role will be achieved through professional sales techniques, continuous customer support, and the cultivation of long-term relationships.

Success in this role will be achieved through professional sales techniques, continuous customer support, and the cultivation of long-term relationships.
*This position is a fixed term contract maternity cover, with 20 working hours a week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Your responsibility is to Increase market share by calling and visiting on all Hospitals in the country to promote GE Healthcare and sell Maternal Infant Care products and solutions. You will be communicating special programs, present new and existing products and maintain customer-installed base in Norway.
- Take ownership of the customers support needed.
- Within this role you need to handle and resolve problems and complaints and take ownership of any account issues
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for customer presentations.
- Prepare and write tenders.
- Prepare written quotations, letters, and reports.
- Negotiate delivery, availability, warranty, and price discounts effectively.
- Follow up on orders and help maintain account receivables.
- Continually learn and improve on product knowledge and acquire better selling skills.
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products and the market for Maternal Infant Care.
- Strong ability to work independently and with others and different divisions to achieve company objectives.
- Administration and weekly accurate forecasting sales to line manager via opportunity management tool.
- Take full responsibility for ongoing training and to promote good customer relations.
- Will be required to work some early mornings and evenings.
- Will require continuously travelling days within Norway - you will be expected to be customer site 80% of your time and up to 10 days in Denmark a year.
- Comply with the EHS Policies and applicable laws and regulations. Complete all mandatory EHS training. Actively participate in accident & incident investigation and follow up. Maintain defined levels of housekeeping & ensure a clean, clear workplace and participate in EHS inspections. Identify and correct hazards and unsafe working conditions.
Required Qualifications:
- Experienced NICU Nurse
- Fluent in Norwegian/Danish/Swedish
