We are seeking backend and full stack developers to our product team

Univers AS’s goal is to be the best global product supplier for operations management software within renewable energy. We put a lot of investments, efforts, and passion into reaching this vision! We are continuing our journey by strengthening our focus on Cloud Services and Solutions in our product development, and you have the chance to join us and take a major role on this journey. As a developer, you will work with international clients and colleagues to create industry leading software within the domain of renewable power. You will play a central role in our highly qualified development team with a culture for sharing competence, supporting, and motivating each other.

Responsibilities:

• Development of cutting-edge software products using modern technology and cloud services for the renewable industry.

• Work in agile teams

• Developing and designing horizontal scalable solutions and architecture

• Testing and documentation 

Desired educational background:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or similar

• Strong English language skills. Other languages are a plus.

Personal skills:

• You are a team player with ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

• You are trustworthy, responsible, and dedicated to your work.

• Soft skills like flexibility, openness, and ability to adapt to an agile environment are also appreciated skills in Univers AS.

Technology skills:

We are looking for candidates with skills in one or several of these technologies:

• C#

• MS SQL Server, NoSQL, Redis and/or others, 

• Candidates with experience in Java, C or C++ will also be considered

• Cloud native development experience is an advantage
