Teamleader Planning & Logistics
Are you an experienced leader in logistics and planning, looking to take the next step in your career? Neuver Maritime is seeking a skilled and dedicated teamleader for our Planning & Logistics department.
In this role, you will be the main contact and leader for the team handling all projects and orders leaving our warehouses in Brattvaag and Hagavik, as well as from our suppliers and manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for production planning and coordinating the flow of goods in and out of our production sites and warehouses.
We are looking for someone with solid experience in logistics and transport planning in an international environment, who can lead a team with multiple work locations. Key accountabilities
- Be the main contact point for planning and logistics, managing the planning and logistics team
- Oversee load and capacity in the departments
- Approval of freight invoices
- Work closely with our sales representatives to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Support the services team on topics related to customs, VAT and transport decisions
- Follow up customers and forwarders related to orders and transport matters for our worldwide shipments
- Follow up on dept goals and ensure development and improvements within the team
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or similar, and/or minimum 3 years relevant leadership experience
- Experience within logistics or transport planning in an international environment
- Experience with leading a team with multiple work locations
- Master Norwegian and English fluently both written and orally
- Experience and knowledge with ERP and IT tools (Microsoft)
