We are looking for a OneTeam Coordinator to join our team!

Reporting line
OneTeam Coordinator reports directly to the Archer Project Leader.  

Role
This role is planning and providing support for offshore wireline operations based on Archer Alliance and Clients expectations and requirements.
The OneTeam coordinator will work together with the customer and alliance partners with a strong OneTeam mentality, choosing the best solutions for the job objective.

Involvement on Alliances behalf, from the early planning phase, contributing to methods selection for interventions, coordinating program input - whilst making sure experience transfer is achieved between Archer, Alliance partners and Client in a true OneTeam philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare toolstring & rig-up drawings, simulations, studies and other relevant updates to procedures required for successful operation and compliance to standards and requirements.
• Job follow-up, and contributions to maintaining good reporting with offshore team, alliance partners and customer.
• Initiate the mobilization of equipment and personnel in cooperation with the customer.
• Continuous follow up of ongoing operations. Instant follow up of deviations and changes to job program.
• Contribute actively to Company’s strong HSE and Performance culture and continuous improvement work.
• Technical coordination between onshore and offshore organization with respect to operational requirements and needs.
• Identify areas for optimizing operations and improving cost-efficiency.
• Contribute to objective setting (time and success criteria), improvement identification and experience registration in Company’s database.

• Technical college/higher education in petroleum related subject. Experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
• Craft certificate in mechanical Wireline or relevant Drilling & Well disciplines.
• IWCF certificate level 4.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience performing mechanical wireline operations offshore.
