Finance Bid Manager
We are looking for Finance Bid Manager

Job Description:
- Drive the full scope of financial and commercial activities during the sales phase, from analyzing tender requirements and mitigate risks to drafting bids and shaping the commercial offer strategy with the bid manager.
- Define the business model, guide regional colleagues, and ensure transparent calculations.
- Target is to optimize financial result, optimize gross profit, cash flow and assets, making a significant impact on our success.
- Support the Sales organization in the overall team and sales strategy for client business in Norway with focus on commercial aspects.
- Manage relationships with relevant departments, (legal, insurance, guarantees, financing, customs).
- Support the Sales organization in identify, evaluation and assessing risks and opportunities. Analyze lessons learned and improve the calculation accuracy of our bids throughout early involvement.
- Prepare, present and obtain commercial Sales and Bid approvals in respective quality gates
- Support as Commercial Project Manager for existing project portfolio may occur.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in finance or business administration
- 3+ years of professional experience in relevant finance or project environment
- Ability to understand contractual terms and requirements and preferably experience in contract negotiations.
- High cross-functional and cross-organizational approach, ability to connect with people at all levels and integrate different perspectives.
- High degree of curiosity, resilience and motivation to work in a dynamic, hectic and team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Norwegian and English, ability to present your results to higher management
