Exciting Opportunity: Project Change Coordinator in Stavanger

Job Description

• Proactively support project members to understand the implications of identified changes and implement a smooth change management process.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Commercial Manager to identify high-risk changes and mitigate risks while aligning changes with commercial strategies and objectives.
• Coordinate with Project Estimator and Planner to track and manage the cost and planning impact of changes in scope or framework.
• Collaborate with the Project Controller and Planner to ensure the integration of client-approved and internal changes into the project’s budget and schedule.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business or project management within the energy sector.
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach and focus on safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Skilled at managing resistance and fostering a positive attitude towards change.
