Job Description

• Take full responsibility for all project financial reporting and controlling requirements.
• Lead and develop your team, delegating responsibilities and coaching for success.
• Manage project forecasts and budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery by the controlling team.
• Oversee the quarterly forecast process, planning and managing the entire cycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and expectations.
• Provide financial reports to clients, the Project Management Team, and Finance.
• Contribute to change initiatives and tender work.
• Monitor and communicate risks while actively seeking opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvements within your work area.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
• Extensive experience in project controlling for large EPC projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to build strong internal and external working relationships.
• Experience in leading and maintaining a high-performing team.
• Strong digital knowledge and enthusiasm for applying technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, in both Norwegian and English.
• A solid commercial and business-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a strategic vision.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and motivate a team to achieve results.
