We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Controller

Our customer is a leading provider of services for the energy sector, delivering integrated solutions in offshore oil & gas and renewables.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Controller to join our team and support our portfolio of large and complex EPC projects. As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for various financial and administrative tasks throughout the project life cycle, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. You will enjoy working at the intersection of finance and technology, managing complex processes, and actively engaging in stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in creating and maintaining project financials in SAP
• Handle start-up and closeout of projects in SAP
• Create, modify, and close WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) in SAP
• Manage creation of sales orders in SAP
• Oversee the monthly closing of project accounts
• Allocate and categorize personnel within the project
• Manage incoming and outgoing invoices
• Provide external financial reporting to clients (weekly, monthly, and baseline updates)
• Provide internal financial reporting to the Project Management Team and Finance
• Support financial forecasting and budgeting for the project
• Proactively search for opportunities to improve project financial results
• Actively seek and initiate improvements within your area of responsibility
• Conduct cost and profitability analysis to enhance project efficiency

Required Education:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics

Required Work Experience:

• Relevant experience in a similar role, industry, and/or EPC projects is preferred

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proven ability to develop high-quality working relationships internally and externally
• Preferably experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Solid business understanding with a commercial orientation
