Vow is looking for a practical and results-driven VP Supply Chain Manager who will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations. In this role, you will analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and negotiate strategic agreements with suppliers to improve profitability. Your focus will be on benchmarking procurement activities, streamlining supplier contracts, and ensuring cost-efficient sourcing to support the company’s growth and operational effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities:

• Benchmark activities to ensure cost efficiency and establish strategic agreements with suppliers to improve profitability

• Build shared services for supply chain management across Vow Group to contribute to develop shared services

• Inspire and develop teams within purchasing, spare parts sales, logistics, and production – enhancing their skills and capacity

• Handle growth opportunities and proactively address bottlenecks in the supply chain

• Lead process improvements and standardization within a complex, matrix-based organization

Who we are looking for:

• You have a relevant education

• You bring experience in supply chain management, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, or sourcing

• Strong technical knowledge of logistics processes and familiarity with digital systems like PIM and ERP

• International experience is a significant advantage
