Want to head PMO for a large-scale offshore wind project? We are hiring an offshore wind PMO Manager.

Are you experienced and well-positioned to develop our offshore wind portfolio? Do you have early and late-stage offshore wind development experience? If so, we invite you to become a vital part of our EPC team as a PMO Manager in Offshore Wind!

As our PMO Manager in Offshore Wind, you key responsibilities will be:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of PMO strategies aligned with project goals and objectives
• Project Oversight: Oversee the entire project, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards for large scale floating wind
• Team Management: Mentor, motivate, and empower your team of PMO subject matter experts to excel in their roles and achieve project goals
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure technical and commercial viability
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Document and Records Excellence: Set IT infrastructure and Governance of records management
• Commercial Performance: Cost management and strategic forecast. Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor project performance, providing insights and strategic sparring to senior management

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of success in a PMO leadership role, preferably in offshore wind or renewable energy
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
