We are hiring a Finance Business Partner to provide high-level financial support to C-suite executives, driving strategic decision-making through robust financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with C-level executives, providing financial insights and support to help them make informed decisions that drive the business forward.
• Own the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely, and aligned with company goals.
• Analyze financial performance and create clear, meaningful reports that track progress, highlight trends, and support strategic planning.
• Act as a true finance partner, challenging assumptions, offering guidance, and helping leadership make the best financial decisions.

Who you are:

• A Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager with solid experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level support.
• Comfortable working independently in a high-impact, individual contributor role, taking ownership of key financial processes without direct reports.
• A strategic thinker who can translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• A communicator who can build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders.
