NAVTOR is a technology-driven company with a strong reliance on modern Microsoft-based solutions. We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to manage device provisioning, patching, end-user support, office networking, and administration of various online services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain and support on-premises office networks, including Wi-Fi and firewall configurations.

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams

• Device Management & Provisioning (Intune/Autopilot)

• End-user support

• Administer and maintain various SaaS platforms

• Ensure system availability, performance, and security compliance

• Purchase and maintain inventory of computer equipment and IT accessories

Qualifications 

• 3+ years of experience in IT system administration.

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune management, Entra ID, and Defender.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS and networking.

• Understanding of security best practices, including endpoint protection and email security.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Any relevant Microsoft certifications is a plus

• Available to respond to critical issues outside ordinary work hours
