Are you Instabank's new Finnish speaking Collection Officer?

We are looking for a proactive and engaged officer for our collection department, with a primary focus on the Finnish market. The department has operational responsibility for collections, fraud, and AML at Instabank. We cover all products in both Norway and Finland: Mortgages, business loans, unsecured loans, and credits (POS and credit cards).

We offer a position where the right person will have the opportunity to develop in an important area for the bank with many varied tasks. The role will be part of a competent and action-oriented organization where everyone is motivated on achieving good results together.


Responsibilities and Tasks:

• File claims and follow up on estates and bankruptcies

• Follow up on debt arrangements and payment plans, finding good solutions for customers with financial problems

• Dialogue and cooperation with collection agencies on case level

• Handling various types of disputes

• Respond to disclosure orders from public authorities, prepare police reports, and present civil claims in fraud cases

• Assist in the department's AML work

Key Qualities:

• Good communication skills, both oral and written

• Fluent in Finnish, good English skills, and good knowledge of Scandinavian languages

• Experience with collection work or at least two years of experience from a bank or collection agency

• Good knowledge of financial products

• Good technical and administrative skills

• Independent and structured

• Service-minded, social, and approachable

Full-time position, working hours are 8 – 16 on weekdays.
Workplace will be Oslo.
