About the Job
As the Nordic B2B Commercial Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for:
- Facilitate, coordinate and execute Nordic B2B-led partner marketing initiatives from brief to proof of execution & invoice.
- Be the link between marketing operations, Nordic B2B team and our key suppliers.
- Facilitate B2B’s approach to partner marketing.
- Provide B2B expertise and insight into categories in B2X marketing when needed.
- Detail out the digital sales strategy for B2B based on overall strategic priorities and the B2B category plans, and ensure that this is delivered in each market.
- Work together with the E-com team and B2B e-com team per country to ensure that we seek to commercialize the most intriguing opportunities – based on facts & insights.

You’re not just any marketing and eCom specialist; you bring a mix of creativity, enthusiasm, and expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce or a related field. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal educational qualifications.
- Need to have more than 3 years’ experience with partner marketing or e-commerce/digital sales (practice or management within marketing or digital sales)
- Commercially minded - You have the ability to develop and implement sales & marketing plans that align with business goals.
- Innovation and creativity - You propose new and original ideas, approach and solutions to problems. You look beyond conventional approaches and established methods.
- Reliability - You consistently deliver on agreed objectives and expectations and take responsibility for your personal performance.
- Organizing and prioritizing - You organize information and resources effectively. You prioritize tasks according to their urgency and/or importance and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork - You take a co-operative approach within the team, sharing knowledge and information. You seek to promote harmony within the team and contribute to team processes.
- Flexibility - You easily adapt to new situations and ways of working. You are receptive to changes and demonstrate a willingness to adapt to them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills - With the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, including partners, and internal teams.
