SLB Capturi is one of the leading companies globally that has extensive knowledge of the entire CCUS value chain. We have many ongoing projects, from research and innovation, including pilot plant testing, to concept studies and to large EPC projects, both in Europe and in the United States. Today, we are delivering seven carbon capture units in Europe, with an accumulated capture capacity of 1 million tonnes of CO2. In Denmark, we are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to Ørsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials.
Are you an experienced and dedicated Static Equipment Engineer, with a strong passion for making a difference in the world and believe that technology is part of the solution to solve climate change?
As our new Static Equipment Engineer, you will:
Be responsible for technical procurement of static and packaged equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks etc and packaged units and modules for such equipment), including specification of equipment, bid evaluations and supplier follow-up
Coordinate and supervise multi-location teams of mechanical engineers in CCUS projects
Contribute to the development of cost-effective processes and products
Contribute to standardization and general effective execution of CCUS projects and contribute to CCUS early studies
Be responsible to provide input to, and implement CCUS technology in projects
Who are you?
Master's degree in Mechanical engineering (or similar) with minimum 7+ years’ experience
Expertise in ISO, EN and other international codes and standards
Experience with supply of equipment, as a buyer or seller, as well as experience from land-based industry
Multidisciplinary understanding with strong communication skills, as well as analytical mindset with a drive to bridge technical and commercial challenges
Proven performance in result-oriented project culture, with a genuine drive to optimise the cost curve of the industry
Self-driven with a passion for environmental projects
Self-motivated but also with good cooperation skills within the company as well as with external parties
Fluent in written and spoken English
