Sales Manager Middle East at Glamox
As Sales Manager within the Middle East team, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding Glamox’s presence in the region. Your focus will be on selling complete lighting solutions to the marine, offshore, navy, wind, and energy markets. This means building strong relationships across the entire value chain—distributors, agents, EPCs, installers, end-users, and shipyards—while identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
You’ll drive solution-based sales, working closely with our technical and product teams to deliver high-value lighting systems, including Light Management Systems (LMS). Your goal? Driving business growth by exceeding sales targets, building strategic partnerships, and delivering customer-focused solutions.

Who are you?
- You have solid experience in B2B sales within the marine, offshore, wind, or energy sectors.
- You know your way around technical product and system sales.
- International sales experience, especially in the Middle East, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Passionate about innovation and delivering customer success
