We are looking for a motivated new colleague to join our Finnish Credit team and strengthen our department. Currently, our Finnish team consists of four skilled employees who are excited to welcome a new colleague!

About the role:

In this position you will play an important role in analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of individuals, and your expertise will contribute to making correct loan decisions and reducing the bank`s risk.

The tasks will involve the bank`s customers in Finland. As part of the team, you ensure efficient case processing and prompt responses to customers. You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise within the Finnish market, with potential for development within other departments in the bank.

Main tasks:

• Credit assessment of loans, credit card applications and limit increase of individuals.
• Handle customer enquiries in all channels related to credit application. 
• Handle payment files and failed payments. 
• Developing and updating department procedures. 
• Development of "best practice" within area of responsibility.

We are looking for you who:

• Is fluent in Finnish and English, both oral and written. 
• Has relevant customer service experience. 
• Experience in banking/financial services is a plus. 
• Credit understanding is a plus.
• Relevant university-level education can be compensated with experience.

Practical information:

Start: As soon as possible.

Location: Snarøyveien 36, Fornebu. 

Form of employment: Full-time.

Working hours: Hybrid office. Core hours between 9-15.
