We are now recruiting for an experienced Manual Test Engineer with basic automation skills. In this position you will together with other testers and development teams, project and product managers be working on delivering high quality products ranging from mobile to desktop and web applications.

As a Test Engineer in NAVTOR, you will be joining an international team of highly talented people with a passionate interest in development and delivery of software products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Performing manual tests and preparation of the test cases

• Creating Automated tests using automation framework prepared by Senior Automation Engineers

• Work together with Product Managers, Product experts and other stakeholders identifying Test Cases for Test Automation

• Work together with Global Test Manager & QA Architect to identify avenues for test automation

• Work together with Testers and Development teams on a day-to-day basis

• Communicate with Project stakeholders on a regular basis

• Participate in both Automated and Manual testing while adhering to Software QA Governance procedures

• Usage of Azure DevOps as Bug-tracking system

• Usage of TestRail as Test Management tool

• Working with NAVTOR Test Automation framework

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Manual Testing is desirable

• Experience in test automation

• Experience with frontend and backend testing (UI, API, Database integration)

• Experience with C# object-oriented programming in test automation

• Understanding of CI/CD concepts

• Basic GIT knowledge

• Understanding of testing terminology (Test Plan, Test Case, Test Suite, Bug, Test summary Report, etc.)

• Ability to design an automated and manual test that covers a given test scenario

• Attention to test reporting and analysis of test results returned by test automation

• Scrum knowledge and experience

• Knowledge of ISTQB, certification is a plus

• Speak and write English fluently

• Experience with mobile application testing is an advantage
