We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and develop Vow’s global logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and compliant movement of materials, parts, services, and equipment across international markets. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of import and export, ensuring adherence to global trade regulations, VAT compliance, and customs laws.

You will collaborate closely with Legal, Projects, Planning, and Procurement to develop robust logistics policies and ensure seamless operations. This role requires a strong focus on risk management, cost optimization, and continuous process improvement to support the company’s business objectives and international footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee global shipping, distribution, and transportation to ensure efficient operations and smooth flow of goods.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on international trade laws, VAT compliance, and customs regulations, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence.

• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to align logistics policies with global regulations.

• Develop and execute strategic logistics plans that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Lead forward and reverse logistics to optimize shipment planning and execution.

• Operations, performance and cost management

• Lead and support the Global Logistics team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to optimize cost and service levels.

• Oversee inventory tracking and warehouse coordination for efficient stock management.

• Monitor logistics expenses and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve logistics performance.

• Technology and process optimization

• Drive digital transformation by implementing and optimizing logistics software, ERP systems (D365), and data analytics.

• Act as the key liaison for Projects, Planning, and Procurement teams, addressing logistics challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in global logistics, forwarding, shipping, and supply chain management.

• Strong expertise in VAT, import/export regulations, customs compliance, and international trade laws.

• Proven leadership experience in managing global logistics teams.

• Solid background in vendor and supplier management, with experience negotiating logistics contracts.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (D365), logistics software, and data-driven decision-making.

• Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.
