We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Supervisor for an exciting and varied role in the maritime industry. Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate service assignments both nationally and internationally, ensuring smooth project execution and team performance.
• Ensure that work processes comply with current standards, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance, troubleshooting, and maintenance of diesel and gas engines, propeller systems, gearboxes, and turbochargers.
• Guide and support technical personnel during assignments and provide technical advice.
• Work closely with customers to ensure service work meets their expectations.
• Contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has solid experience as a Supervisor or leader within maritime mechanics, engine systems, or similar fields.
• Possesses strong technical skills and knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of diesel and gas engines, mechanical systems, and related components.
• Can lead and motivate a team, ensuring quality and efficiency under pressure.
• Is flexible and willing to work in rotational schedules, travel-based assignments, and local day shifts.
• Has international experience (preferred but not required).
• Comes from a relevant industry background and has a strong interest in continuous professional development.
