Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) have a unique opportunity for a talented student currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. You'll work on various aspects of our communications work, from internal communication, content creation to event management. This role offers a unique opportunity to experience the full spectrum of corporate communications while developing practical skills that will boost your future career. We believe in learning by doing, and you'll be actively involved in projects from day one.

We offer flexibility with the start date for this position, though we prefer candidates who can begin between July and August.

What you will do

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content across multiple platforms, from internal articles and social media posts to video production and editing.
• Event Planning: Organizing and execute both internal and external events, from concept to completion.
• Internal Communications: Support our internal communication initiatives to boost performance.
• Team Support: Jump in during high-volume periods to tackle urgent tasks.

We are looking for a candidate who is

• Proactive and eager to learn with a "can-do" attitude
• A team player
• Always looking for ways to work efficiently, and some experience with using AI tools
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Organized with attention to detail
• Some experience with video editing and event planning is a bonus

The position is part-time (40-60%), allowing you to balance work with your studies. You'll work 2-3 days per week with flexible hours to accommodate your academic schedule. The internship runs for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on mutual agreement. You will be working from our Oslo Office.
