Data Delivery is vital to IT & Data Excellence function within the Digital Execution & Technology business units in Aker BP. We are responsible for competency, services, and resources as an excellence function. The Data Delivery team contribute to enabling Aker BP to become a data-driven company by delivering industry-leading data capabilities across the entire value chain.
We are looking for Digital Platform Manager for CDF (Cognite Data Fusion), which is a essential data platform for Aker BP's North Star Strategy, that is experienced and ambitious with a strong passion and commitment for people, performance and leadership. The digital platform manager execute a digital platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring desired business outcomes are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with business, information, technology, and vendor stakeholders to set priorities and manage the platform's new development and ongoing operations.
Typical work tasks can be:
- Develop and maintain platform strategy, roadmap and strategic partnerships based on the overall company strategy and initiatives.
- Build, manage, lead, and motivate a cross-discipline/functional value stream. Ensure team collaborates and operates efficiently and effectively to meet the business goals and objectives
- Teach and embed product-centric thinking and learning culture in addition measure, monitor and improve product performance and report key performance metrics.
- Provide platform goals, including maintaining, improving, modernising, decommissioning, and transforming
Skills and qualifications:
- Minimum Master's degree in relevant discipline. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education
- Minimum of 5 years managing platforms, systems and processes incl. commercial experience.
- The successful applicant will be given the necessary training to succeed.
- Customer-focused mindset and strong ability to plan and prioritize
- Fluent in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written
