What Will You Be Doing?

• Supporting production teams in solving technical challenges on-site.

• Assisting with interpretation of drawings and work documentation.

• Ensuring all work is HSSE-friendly and construction-friendly.

• Coordinating closely with work leaders, method teams, and shop engineers.

• Collaborating across disciplines (EIT, piping, structure, civil, HVAC, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience: MSc, BSc, Technical College, or relevant field experience.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office 365, MIPS, and E3D.

• Field Experience: Hands-on knowledge with “as built” and mechanical interface drawings.

• Communication Skills: Fluency in Norwegian and English, with a team-oriented and proactive mindset.

• Availability to Work in Norway.
