Business Management Controller

Now, we are looking for a highly skilled and digitally competent professional to strengthen our finance team within Project & Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, budget, forecast, and year-end reporting for designated entities.
• Support VP Finance in managing the finance function.
• Deliver high-quality monthly management reporting, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Oversee cash management and reporting in line with corporate policies.
• Optimize working capital and improve risk management within the assigned business area.
• Drive digitalization and automation of financial reporting processes.
• Utilize advanced data analytics and modeling to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Enhance business management processes and contribute to performance management initiatives (ICE).
• Strengthen expertise and knowledge-sharing within the finance team, helping to build an efficient Business Controller team in collaboration with VP Finance.
• Engage in business improvement initiatives, challenging and supporting continuous enhancement.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required by VP Finance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Higher education (Master's degree or equivalent) in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in financial and accounting processes.
• Experience from an audit firm is beneficial.
• Strong digital skills, including proficiency in data analytics, financial modelling, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, SQL, or equivalent).
• Ability to analyze large datasets and build models that provide business insights.
• Knowledge and experience in optimizing financial and business management processes.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Strong commercial mindset with a keen interest in understanding operational business drivers.
