S.E. Shires large bore symphonic tenor trombone

I was a Shires artist so this trombone is all custom. Every component was hand picked to make a great sounding, unique horn. The bell has a yellow brass stem and a gold brass flare so it has great color options with great power. The Thayer valve is free blowing and open. It has a rose brass tuning slide and a long silver lead pipe. As it was used daily for 25 years the lacquer is pitted and worn in some places. I strongly suggest you try it in Bergen before purchasing. It comes with a Pro Tec Bass Trombone case. I believe the price is accurate and it is firm. I have other bells, tuning slides, lead pipes and a straight neck pipe for a straight horn. I will be selling other complete Shires trombones so the first buyer will have first choice on additional components.
