The TeamOur Group People & Culture team (P&C) is the heartbeat of Heimstaden's corporate culture, spread between Copenhagen, Oslo, and Malmö. The team is responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering an environment that supports our employees' growth and development. Additionally, you will also work closely with our Group Finance team, and our local P&C teams across all our markets.
This full-time position can be based in either our Oslo or Copenhagen goup HQ, and as part of our team, you will be in a team of six Group professionals and report to Chief People, Culture and Organizational Transformation Officer.
Your Role in Our Team As Compensation & Benefits Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and lead the yearly cycle process of the Annual salary review and Gender equal pay analysis.
- Coordinate and prepare material for Remuneration Committee and Board meetings as well as for the Annual Report and Annual General Meeting.
- Support the group with international mobility assignments together with Group Tax.
- Collaborate with our local markets and support union negotiations on different compensation topics and yearly processes.
- Develop the Group Remuneration Standard, to further clarify and align the global remuneration portfolio including strategy, policies & processes aligned with the strategy.
- Lead our annual Short- and Long-term incentive programs, including Plan design, process handling and reports, documentation and system handling and vendor agreements.
- Project lead our development efforts in areas such as benefits, incentive programs, pension schemes, flexible working and vendor management.
- Oversee the Group job architecture framework and ensure consistent practices around job evaluation and compensation benchmarking.
- Bring innovation to remuneration and act as a trusted advisor on executive compensation matters and decisions.
- Drive the digital and global development journey of the Group’s remuneration processes.
- Provide Training and Communication to Managers and HR within the area of Job coding methodology, Compensation, and Annual Salary review.
- Keeping up with market trends and best practices in the area is important, and you share your knowledge and insights with stakeholders at all levels.
What You Bring We are looking for a professional with:
- A minimum of 4 years of Compensation and Benefits related experience and/or 4 years of Global Mobility or HR experience.
- Previous experience in handling short- and long-term incentive program.
- Experience working with job evaluation methodologies (ie: Towers Watson, Mercer, or similar) along with being skilled in the Microsoft365 package (particularly Excel)
- Experience from working with supporting multiple markets (primarily in Europe) with comp & ben and mobility
- Bachelor’s degree within HR, Law, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or similar
