Administration Coordinator

VARD Søviknes is looking for an Administration Coordinator with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. As our Administration Coordinator, you will play a big role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You'll be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, managing the office flow, coordinating meetings and events, and providing support to the management group at VARD Søviknes.

So – what are your skills?
Duties and responsibilities
- Administrative tasks related to information/service for visitors/employees, and general office operations
- Managing the access system at the yard and ensure that the necessary documentation is in place for external personnel
- Travel booking for employees
- Responsibility for common areas, office supplies and catering for meeting rooms
- Maintenance of information on screens
- Handling of mail
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with SAP, ARX, and IFS is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Norwegian
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a requirement
- An interest in the shipbuilding industry is great but not required
