The Team
Our Group People & Culture (P&C) team is at the heart of Heimstaden’s corporate culture, spread between Copenhagen, Oslo, and Malmö. The team ensures smooth HR operations and fosters an environment that supports employee growth and development. This full-time position can be based in Copenhagen or Oslo HQ. You will report to the Chief People, Culture & Organizational Transformation and collaborate closely with local P&C teams across our markets.
Your Role in Our Team
As Group Head of HRIS, your responsibilities will include:
- HR Systems Management & Optimization: Ensure functionality, maintenance, and continuous development of HR systems, including Workday, recruitment platforms, testing tools, and LinkedIn suite.
- HR Data Analytics & Reporting: Conduct HR data analysis, manage master data, and provide reports to key departments such as finance and sustainability on an annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
- Workday Configuration & Maintenance: Oversee and configure Workday modules such as HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Peakon, and Learning.
- User Training & Adoption: Develop training materials, coach HR colleagues and managers, and act as a system expert to enhance adoption of HRIS across the organization.
- Compliance & Auditing: Conduct audits to ensure employee data accuracy, compliance, and proper storage.
- Vendor & Support Management: Handle incoming HRIS-related support requests (Tier 2), collaborate with external suppliers, and provide technical expertise for system improvements.
- Strategic HRIS Development: Lead system rollouts, data migrations, and engagement initiatives to improve HR technology capabilities.
- Trusted HRIS Advisor: Provide insights and recommendations to optimize digital HR processes and improve overall HRIS strategy.
What You Bring
We are looking for a professional with:
- 3+ years of Workday experience (configuration and management across multiple modules).
- Experience in international companies and matrix organizations with multi-country HR system support.
- Strong data analytics skills with a background in Compensation & Benefits preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
