Logistics/Warehouse Technician

We are looking for Logistics/Warehouse Technician

Job Description:

• Facilitate and process Goods Receipt of any client Eqpt, and affilliated Eqpt.in accordance to Company Standards and LWI’s
• Work in accordance with client Quality-. HMS- & GBPMS standards.
• Coordinate, Facilitate and Support material transactions at client Warehouse (All storrage Locations) in SAP/ERP systems, and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Place incoming parts into Warehouse inventory Stock / defined physical storrage locations, and confirm in SAP.
• Pick parts in acordance to orders and deliver to production location (Kongsberg) or to Shipment (Kongsberg), and confirm in SAP.
• Establish traceabillity where required.
• At any time, be aware of- and stay up-dated on applicable procedures and routines interally in Warehouse Organization, and the workflow/transactions.
• Understand- and capable with Warehouse/Material Management Transactions (SAP WM/MM/MIGO etc. or equal), and be able to identify relevances in SAP/ERP systems for material transactions.
• Be a support resource for upcoming critical/urgent demands for Material transactions at the client
• Ensure tidyness and organization of Warehouse Indoor and Outdoor storrage locations.
• Activly review internal work processes and demands, and update/improve these where needed (incl. LWI’s)
• Handle Qualiy Notifications (QN’s).
• Inventory Counting & Control on demand.
• Identify, promote and participate in improvements tasks within Warehouse Organization.

• Certificate of Apprenticeship (Logistics/Warehouse)
• Min. 1 yr with SAP / ERP systems, Warehouse
• If no Certificate of Apprenticeship: min 3 yrs relevant Warehouse / Material Management Experience
• Good operational skills of Material Handling Units (Forklifts) and basic technical capabilities for daily technical cheks of these.
• Certified DGM person, for handling/packing shipments/deliveries.
• Forklift T1, T2, T3 & T4
