Material Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy and maintain an organized yard location. This role involves coordinating and performing forklift operations, as well as loading and unloading delivery trucks.

Main activities & Responsibilities:

• Load and unload deliveries from trucks. Deliver said goods to relevant departments.

• Transfer of equipment and goods between internal departments.

• Operate various forklifts to handle material and inventory.

• Preventive maintenance for forklifts.

• Responsibility for inventory control in yard location, including various baskets and load carriers.

• Perform periodic inventory counting of the yard.

• Waste management.

• Man the switchboard and handle access control for the yard.

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in the field of logistics/warehouse or trade certificate. 

• Driver’s license B and forklift T1, T2, T4 and T5. Preferably also overhead crane G4, forklift T6 and T8, but necessary training will be given.

• Good English knowledge - written and oral.
