SeaDream Yacht Club operates two ultra-luxury mega yachts, SeaDream I and SeaDream II, offering an exclusive and intimate yachting experience. Each yacht accommodates up to 112 guests in an unstructured and relaxed atmosphere. Unlike traditional cruise lines, SeaDream specializes in luxury yachting, catering to both private and corporate charters. Operating in the Mediterranean and Caribbean, the company employs 300 staff members across its sea-based and land-based teams, with its European office located in Oslo, Norway. This office oversees European sales and marketing, hotel and technical operations, and personnel management.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa and Boutique Manager to oversee the operations of our onboard spa and boutique across both yachts. Our spa is recognized for its high-quality treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and hair treatments, using carefully selected premium brands, which are also available for purchase onboard.

Our boutique offers an exclusive selection of luxury items, including sunglasses, gifts, perfumes, logo merchandise, jewelry, and high-end brands from the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the operation and performance of the spa and boutique onboard SeaDream I and SeaDream II
• Selection, training, and professional development of spa and boutique staff
• Development and curation of the spa menu and product selection for both the spa and boutique
• Budgeting, sales targets, and cost control for onboard retail and service offerings
• Ensuring all operations align with SeaDream’s high standards of excellence
• Regular travel as required to support onboard operations and staff
• Reporting directly to the CEO of SeaDream Yacht Club

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented professional who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will be an organized, well-presented, and multitasking individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in sales of high-end spa and beauty products
• Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training and development
• In-depth knowledge of the spa and salon industry, preferably in an international setting
• Demonstrated ability to drive awareness and bookings for treatments and product sales
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Norwegian and English
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Dependable, ethical, and results-driven approach to work
