We’re looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with key accounts. You’ll develop strategies, identify new business opportunities, and ensure strong communication to boost profitability and brand presence. A proactive mindset and willingness to travel are key as you help shape our market growth and long-term success.

Your Responsibilities:
Sales & Service
Drive sustainable growth across all categories, meeting sales, revenue, margin, and expense targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring alignment with the distribution plan. Support B2B platform usage, collaborate with sales reps, provide customer service, and manage events and projects.
Product knowledge
Foster strong teamwork with all product departments while maintaining in-depth knowledge of all product categories.
Market knowledge
Secure high level of information on trends in the industry and competitor brands and products.
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years academic degree (bachelor or similar).
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in key account management.
Very good english and norwegian language skills, both verbally and written.
Strong knowledge of digital productivity tools (MS Office/GSuite) and business applications tools (ERP, PLM).
Experience and knowledge about digital sales management such as B2B site and order management systems.
Exceptional communication skills, with expertise in client relations and effective negotiation.
Experienced in collecting, tracking, and analyzing large datasets.
Experience in customer relationship management.
You are proficient in working both independently and as part of a team.
A passion for nature and an active outdoor lifestyle is a big plus.
