We are now looking for a Sales Director for Norway and Sweden to play a key role in our continued growth. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic business development with operational execution in a rapidly expanding market.
Your Role:
As Sales Director, you will report directly to the CCO and will be responsible for driving our sales and business development strategy in Norway and Sweden. You will work closely with key customers, develop new business opportunities, and ensure we stay ahead of market trends.
Your key responsibilities include:
Sales and business development – Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities within health insurance, occupational health, and B2B/B2C markets.
Key account management – Build strong relationships with existing customers and ensure optimal follow-up and development.
Operational excellence – Manage sales processes, negotiate agreements, and secure profitable partnerships.
Market research and innovation – Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and develop new solutions to meet customer needs.
Product and service development – Collaborate with internal teams to improve our healthcare services based on market insights.
Pricing and business models – Develop competitive pricing strategies for different customer segments.
Lead and inspire – Contribute to a strong and performance-oriented sales team.
Ensure continuous development of the sales strategy and deliver on growth targets.
Who Are We Looking For?
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a proactive and strategic sales professional preferably with solid experience in health tech and business development. You have a strong drive, excellent relationship-building skills, and thrive in both operational and strategic roles.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in health tech, preferably with a focus on digital healthcare services
Has experience in complex sales processes with long sales cycles
Has experience selling in both Norway and Sweden
Possesses strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive profitable partnerships
Has a good understanding of the insurance and pension industry, and ideally public healthcare
Has excellent prospecting and closing abilities
Is an outgoing personality, structured, and systematic
Is a self-driven and methodical professional capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously
Builds strong relationships and earns customer trust
