The role

As a Project Manager – Technical Lead, you will serve as the crucial liaison between our large global clients and our R&D team. With a proper technical foundation, you will contribute to driving process and product innovation. This role is instrumental in delivering outstanding results while enjoying significant influence internally. You will play a pivotal role in further enhancing our already highly skilled R&D team, enabling them to continuously deliver best-in-class solutions.

Your responsibility

• Provide technical leadership in developing products and solutions within our R&D team

• Be a key point of contact with customer’s project managers

• Act as coordinator in an international distributed organization

• Contribute to valuable results and make them visible

• Ensure consistently strong deliveries, and help maintain a highly competent professional team for ongoing and future development

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Who You are

You are creative, always keen to explore new ground, and known for proposing innovative solutions and ideas. You strive to increase your influence and enjoy playing a pivotal role in project success. You are confident in communication, proactive, well organized, and a true team player. You probably hold a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.

In addition, you have

• Excellent communication skills and a professional presence

• A good understanding of Power Electronics and its importance in Telecommunications and Data Centres

• The ability to be a strong contributor in our excellent product and project performance, across the global organization.

• At least 5+ years of experience as an engineer, project manager, or similar within our industry

• Proficiency in Norwegian language (or willing to develop your Norwegian skills), whilst being fluent in English, which is our primary working language.

• Reside in, or planning to move within commuting distance of Drammen, Norway
